Guaranteed Delivery (Delivery & Packing)
Mail/delivery charges will apply upon orders. We usually packed and mailed our products in opaque envelopes/boxes (items cannot be seen from outside). On the envelope, we just indicate our firm name in short, address at the back.
To make sure your order reaches you in good hands, your order will be delivered via Singapore Post Mail (eg. registered mail / SmartPac). Once your transaction is successful, your order will be packed and dispatched within 24 hours of purchase or on the next working day. Please allow 2-3 business days for delivery to reach you.
You may choose to receive your item on the same day of order at your preferred time or date (subject to schedule availability). We will pack your order into opaque materials (boxes/bags) for discreet delivery. On the box/bag, we just indicate your name, delivery address, and contact number (for delivery purpose). The declaration will be made as a gift/cosmetic/personal effect for you.
Once your transaction is successful, your order will be processed on the next working day. Courier is door to door delivery service by hand. It will be delivered by our company’s driver or by the third party, depend on the arrangement between the customer and us. As for third party courier service, please allow 2-3 business days for delivery to reach you.

For overseas orders, delivery is by Air. We deliver through Singapore Post Office (SingPost) or a third-party international courier service. Shipping fees will be charged for overseas delivery by mail. Import taxes, duties, and government charges may be levied by your country’s customs and tax authority. Taxes may vary and are calculated on the declared value of the goods. Note that all import taxes, duties, and government charges are the responsibility of the purchaser. Order Tracking: We will send you an email with the tracking number. Your order can be tracked at www.singpost.com or a third party website.

Please note that the following terms & conditions are applicable for goods return:
- Contact us (call/email) within 3 days upon the date of the order received.
- Delivery charges are not refundable.
- Return items should only be dispatched upon email confirmation from us.
- Unfortunately, delivery costs for returned goods must be borne by the customer.
- For the exchange of the same item, it will subject to availability. If the same product is not available, we will gladly exchange your returned item with another with the same value or lower.
- We will only send out an exchange item upon receipt of the returned purchases.
